  “We employed Robin to sell our manufactured home in Lakeside Crossing. We started this process in mid December. I thought that we would wait to show it until after the Christmas/new year holidays. She suggested we start right away so that people on vacation would see the house. To say that she aggressively marketed our house would be an understatement! First, she had a photographer come and take beautiful photographs of our house, including aerial drone shots! Then she set up 3 weekends of open house and placed signs all over the adjoining roads and even out on the main highway! We had great turnouts with a lot of interest. We had several offers quickly. But she suggested that since it was very early we should not accept them. Great idea. A week later we got a full price offer! She helped us at every step through the closing process. I would recommend Robin to anyone and everyone that needs a realtor. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!”
